Yes. We can provide templates and dielines for existing chandelier models so your designers can position the artwork correctly.

Yes. OEM/ODM, private label, custom finishes, custom colours and custom packaging are available. Brand logos can be applied to outer cartons. For small-quantity orders, direct engraving on the lamp may be limited, while logo printing on packaging is supported.

Yes. We can configure voltage, plug, socket, cable, switch and other electrical components for the target market. Typical examples include 220-240V / 50Hz for Europe and 120V / 60Hz for North America. Confirm the target voltage and certification requirements for an accurate quotation.

We do not apply one fixed MOQ across all models. Single-unit orders can be accepted during testing. MOQ and unit price depend on the model, complexity and order quantity; mock-up samples and bulk orders are quoted separately.

Pricing depends on the product model, material complexity, customization level and order quantity. We provide standard FOB Shenzhen and can also quote FOB Guangzhou. New mould development normally requires higher quantities to achieve the best unit price.

Our standard FOB port is Shenzhen. FOB Guangzhou is also available when suitable for the project.

Our standard quotation term is FOB. DDP door-to-door service can be negotiated for specific destinations, such as France, on a case-by-case basis.

A deposit is required to confirm order production, with the balance payable before shipment. The exact arrangement is confirmed in the quotation and sales order.

Yes. We provide physical samples and functional prototypes for custom and standard lamp products. Designs requiring new moulds or tooling incur additional development fees.

Sample quantity is flexible. You can order the number of pre-production samples required for the project, with costs calculated from the actual quantity and design difficulty.

Regular custom sample development takes about 10–20 days. Designs requiring new mould development normally need about 15–30 days for the mould cycle.

Absolutely. We recommend prototype confirmation before mass production so you can verify appearance, structure, lighting effect and overall quality.

Standard mass production takes about 20–30 days after sample confirmation and deposit payment. Complex customized orders or large-batch projects normally take 30–45 days, depending on the production schedule.

Yes. We can adjust the production schedule for urgent projects. A rush service fee may apply to exceptionally urgent orders and will be confirmed before production.

Independent mould or tooling development for exclusive custom designs takes about 15–30 days and is included in the total new-product-development timeline.

We use shockproof export cartons for lighting products. Large chandeliers can receive MDF wood protection, and most models are packed one piece per carton. Custom colour boxes, personalized packaging, stackable packing and nested solutions are available when technically suitable.

We support express courier such as DHL, UPS and FedEx for urgent samples, air freight for medium-volume orders, and sea freight by LCL or FCL for bulk cargo. Customer-designated forwarders and shipping accounts are also supported.

Our standard quotations follow FOB terms. Import duties, local taxes, customs-clearance fees and destination handling charges are borne by the buyer. We provide official export documents for customs clearance.

Yes. We support direct dropshipping to global end customers with neutral packaging that does not show factory or manufacturer information.

Yes. After production confirmation, we can provide carton dimensions, quantity per carton, net and gross weight, and total CBM for logistics planning.

We apply a strict quality-management process across production, from incoming-material inspection to final testing and packing. Before mass production, we provide production drawings for confirmation and pre-production sample photos or videos for review. Finished products are inspected before delivery.

CE and RoHS documentation is available for electrical components and finished lamps according to the product configuration and European market requirements.

Documentation for US-market products is coordinated against the product configuration, and lamps can be configured for 120V / 60Hz American power systems with matching electrical accessories.

Production is organised around CE, CB and other regional requirements, and supporting documentation is matched to the target sales region and product configuration.

We provide a 2-year global warranty for standard and custom lighting products. It covers non-artificial structural and electrical failures under normal installation and use. Incorrect voltage, artificial modification and improper installation are excluded; qualified cases receive repair or replacement support.

We support global voltage customization, including 120V / 60Hz for US and Canada, 220–240V / 50Hz for Europe, Chile and South America, and customized solutions for Australia, Southeast Asia and other regions according to local requirements.

Custom projects are handled under strict design-confidentiality arrangements. Customer-exclusive designs, artwork, moulds and product solutions are kept confidential and are not reproduced, displayed or shared without written authorization.

Please provide reference images or model numbers, design drawings, target quantity, sales market and voltage, required certifications and any mould-development requirements. Our international team can then prepare a detailed quotation, normally within 24 hours.
